Zimchi
kimchi liquid
Toppings
mushrooms
green pepper
red onion

cup
of Zymbiotics Zimchi
kimchi drained and room temperature
pepperoni or other toppings of your choice
Crust
either buy a crust or make one:

warm water

whole wheat flour
3 1/2
cups
bread flour or multipurpose
1 1/2
tbls.
yeast
1 1/2
tbls.
kosher salt
Instructions
Dough
mix, let rise a few hours and form dough into pizza crust, makes three 18 inch pizza crusts
preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit
Sauce
mix sauce
add toppings (except kimchi)
cook for 12 to 15 minutes
take out of oven
add kimchi/zimchi
slice, serve and enjoy
If you do not bake the kimchi it will still be probiotic.
