Slice the cabbage and jicama. Mix together with the olive oil, lime juice, mayo, sugar, salt and pepper. Fold in the carrots and set aside.
Tacos
Warm a sauté pan and coat with oil. Add the fish. Sprinkle with spices and lime juice. Cook until firm, flipping once. Cut into pieces for serving
Warm tortillas and fill with the fish and slaw. Top with cilantro and salsa.
