Ingredients

Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi with a little brine

garlic

Neufchatel
low fat cream cheese, at room temp.
¼
c.
plain low fat yogurt
¼
c.
goat cheese

parsley

hot sauce

Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Season to taste. Makes 1 ½ cups.
Use as a dip for veggies, serve with crackers or as a sandwich spread or condiment for baked potato, fish, poultry etc.
