Cabbage Beet Salad

  • 3-4 cups cabbage (sliced)
  • 1 cup Beetz
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 peeled and cut orange
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP orange juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  1. Mix well and refrigerate
