Fermented Beet Hummus
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
- 3 TBSP tahini
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice from 1/2 large lemon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup Beetz
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- Salt to taste
- Put ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. May need to add extra water to achieve desired consistency. Store in refrigerator.
