Ingredients
  

Sauce

  • 16 ounce crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 cup Zimchi kimchi liquid

Toppings

  • mushrooms
  • green pepper
  • red onion
  • 1/2 cup of Zymbiotics Zimchi kimchi drained and room temperature
  • pepperoni or other toppings of your choice

Crust

  • either buy a crust or make one:
  • 3 cups warm water
  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour or multipurpose
  • 1 1/2 tbls. yeast
  • 1 1/2 tbls. kosher salt

Instructions
 

Dough

  • mix, let rise a few hours and form dough into pizza crust, makes three 18 inch pizza crusts
  • preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit

Sauce

  • mix sauce
  • add toppings (except kimchi)
  • cook for 12 to 15 minutes
  • take out of oven
  • add kimchi/zimchi
  • slice, serve and enjoy
  • If you do not bake the kimchi it will still be probiotic.
