Bliss Bites with Fermented Ginger Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup walnuts
- 10 large dates pitted and sliced
- 1 cup Jeff’s Ginger Zarrots
- 3 TBSP ground almonds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Place first six ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until combined. Form into balls approximately one TBSP in size. Roll each ball in coconut until covered and chill. Store in fridge in covered container.
