Tempeh Bahn Mi with Fermented Ginger Carrots
Ingredients
- 8 oz tempeh
- 3 TBSP soy sauce
- 3 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 TBSP fish sauce or vegan fish sauce
- 1 TBPS lemongrass
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- Radish sliced
- Lettuce
- Fermented Ginger Zarrots
- 2-3 soft French rolls
Instructions
- Cut tempeh into thin slices.
- Mix sauces and spices to make marinade, coat tempeh with marinate and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Sauté tempeh until warm, flipping after few minutes to cook throughly.
- Fill rolls with cooked tempeh, lettuce, radish and fermented carrots.
