Cocoa Ginger Carrot Energy Balls

A delicious healthier treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 6 dates pitted and diced
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 TBSP ground flax seed
  • 3 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup Ginger Zarrots drained
  • 3 TBSP coconut

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until texture is fairly uniform. Chill for at least an hour.
  • Form into balls and chill again.
  • Store in refrigerator.
