Cocoa Ginger Carrot Energy Balls
A delicious healthier treat.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 6 dates pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 TBSP ground flax seed
- 3 TBSP cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup Ginger Zarrots drained
- 3 TBSP coconut
Instructions
- Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until texture is fairly uniform. Chill for at least an hour.
- Form into balls and chill again.
- Store in refrigerator.
