Kimchi Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 15 Oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 3 TBSP tahini
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3 cup Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi with juice

Instructions
 

  • Or you can use premade hummus and mix blended or food processed Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi.
  • Place first 5 ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Add kimchi and blend until desired consistency, adding water if needed.
  • May serve immediately.
  • Refrigerate to store.
