Kimchi Hummus

  • 1 can (15 Oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed)
  • 3 TBSP tahini
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3 cup Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi (with juice)
  1. Or you can use premade hummus and mix blended or food processed Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi.
  2. Place first 5 ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Add kimchi and blend until desired consistency, adding water if needed.
  3. May serve immediately.
  4. Refrigerate to store.
