Chickpea Salad with Fermented Beets
- 1 1/2 cup one can chickpeas
- 1 stalk celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup Beetz
- 1 TBSP fresh cilantro
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
