Apple Slaw with Fermented Ginger Carrots
Ingredients
- 3 cups cabbage sliced
- one apple diced
- 1/2 cup Ginger Zarrots
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP cider vinegar
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp poppy or celery seeds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cabbage, apple and Ginger Zarrots in a large bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients to form a dressing and pour over salad. Mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill to store.
