Kimchi Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi
  • 1 TBSP mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp red chili sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil the eggs. Cool and peel. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Gently remove the yolks and place in mixing bowl.
  • Place white halves aside on a plate, cut side up.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork.
  • Finely dice the kimchi and mix with the yolks. Add the mayo, mustard and chili sauce.
  • Scoop the filling into the white egg halves with a small spoon. Serve immediately or chill to store.
