Kimchi Hummus
- 1 can (15 Oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed)
- 3 TBSP tahini
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2/3 cup Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi (with juice)
- Or you can use premade hummus and mix blended or food processed Zimchi or Vegan Zimchi.
- Place first 5 ingredients in blender and purée until smooth. Add kimchi and blend until desired consistency, adding water if needed.
- May serve immediately.
- Refrigerate to store.
