Lentil Beet Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Beetz
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
