Cabbage Beet Salad
- 3-4 cups cabbage (sliced)
- 1 cup Beetz
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 peeled and cut orange
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP honey
- 2 TBSP orange juice
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- Mix well and refrigerate
