Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Beetz
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix ingredients together.
