Chickpea Salad with Fermented Beets

  • 1 1/2 cup one can chickpeas
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup Beetz
  • 1 TBSP fresh cilantro
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
